- Vineyards: Tupungato (1100 masl) and La Consulta (950 masl)
- Fermentation: Selected yeasts, highest fermentation temperature 17 °C, for 25 days.
- Ageing: Malolactic fermentation 50%. Aged in French oak for 2 months.
- Alcohol:13.5% vol.
- Acidity / pH: 5.75 / 3.44
TASTING NOTES
- Color: Intense yellow with light green hues.
- Nose: Ripe tropical fruit aromas with prevailing pineapple, banana, white peach and vanilla notes. Elegant, concentrated and slightly mineral.
- Palate: Bright and fresh with ripe fruit notes, great acidity and vanilla and toasted notes.
